Terms of use

The brief you send through CLICKO Start is a request for contact and a quote. It is not an order or a contract, and it does not commit either you or us to entering into a collaboration.

A collaboration begins only when we agree in writing on the scope, cost and timeline of the project. The indicative budget and timing options in the form help us suggest something realistic to you and are not a price list.

We ask you to provide accurate information and contact details that belong to you. Do not send sensitive personal data, passwords or the details of third parties through the form without their permission.

How we use your information is described in the privacy policy.

If you enter a code in the brief, we record that you were referred by the partner who owns it. Any benefit linked to a code applies only if we have confirmed it in writing in our quote.

Participation in the programme is by application, which we may approve or reject. Each partner has a personal code and can see on their dashboard how many referrals were made with it and which of them were completed.

A referral counts as completed when the related project has been completed and we have marked it as such. The terms of the collaboration with each partner are agreed separately and in writing. We may deactivate a partner account if its code is used in a misleading or abusive way.

The text, design, logo and code of the site belong to CLICKO. The projects we present belong to their clients and are shown as examples of our work. Projects marked Concept are our own ideas for fictional businesses.

Copying or republishing content from the site without our permission is not allowed.

The site may not be used for automated or bulk submissions of the form, for attempts to access other people's accounts or for anything that interferes with its operation.

We take care that the site works properly and that its information is accurate, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, nor are we responsible for decisions based solely on its content without a written quote from us.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Each brief is subject to the terms that were published at the time you sent it.
