Partner programme terms

For every new client you refer who signs a project with us, you get a €100 reward and the client gets €100 off their first project.

Individuals and businesses can take part. You join by applying, and we may approve or reject the application. If you have a business, you give its name and VAT number in the application.

The partnership is non exclusive. A partner is not our agent, cannot bind us and does not agree prices or terms on our behalf.

• The client enters your personal code in the brief they send us, before any agreement is made.
• The client must be new, meaning not already a client of ours or in an active conversation with us.
• If two partners refer the same client, the first entry counts.
• Referring yourself or your own business does not count.

The discount applies once per new client, to their first project, and is shown in the quote we send them. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

The €100 reward is due only when all of the following are true:

• the client you referred has signed a new agreement with us,
• we have received the full first agreed fee for the project,
• 30 days have passed with no cancellation, refund or dispute,
• you have signed the client referral agreement.

The reward is paid once per new client. It is not due for renewals, subscriptions, upgrades or later orders. A referral with no project earns no reward.

Before your first payout we send you the client referral agreement to sign, in a version for businesses or for individuals. Without a signed agreement there is no payment. If anything in the agreement differs from this page, the agreement applies.

Businesses: the reward is €100 in total, including VAT where it applies. You issue a valid invoice and we pay it within 15 working days of receiving it, less any withholding the law requires.

Individuals: the €100 is the maximum total cost to us, not a net amount. Social security contributions, tax withholding and any other legal charges come out of it. We issue the legal document, as long as the conditions for occasional activity are met, and you give us the details needed, such as your tax number, tax office, social security number and IBAN. We send you the net amount by bank transfer within 15 working days of clearance.

• Misleading promises about our prices, timelines or services.
• Spam and fake or invented referrals.
• Using the CLICKO name, logo or mark without our permission.
• Search ads that bid on the CLICKO name as a keyword.

In that case we may deactivate your account and not pay a reward for the referrals involved.

We both comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Only share a client's details with us if they know and agree. How we use your own details is described in the privacy policy.

Anything non public you learn about our clients, prices and quotes stays confidential, also after the partnership ends.

Either side can end the partnership at any time. Rewards that are already due are paid as normal. If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page, and the new terms apply to referrals made after the change.

Greek law applies. The Greek version of these terms prevails.
