What data we collect
When you send a brief through CLICKO Start, we receive whatever you write there: your name and email address, your phone number if you choose to provide it, and your answers about the project. We also record where you came to the page from (for example, the link you followed).
If you apply to become a partner through the Partners page, we receive your name, email address, phone number and social media profiles if you provide them, and whatever you write in the application. If you are approved, we also keep the account you sign in with.
Technical data
As with any website, the server that hosts the site receives your IP address in order to send you the page. We also use it temporarily to limit abusive submissions of the form. We do not link it to your name and we do not build visitor profiles.
The site's forms (brief, partner application, sign in and password reset) are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, so that we can tell people apart from automated programs. When you start using a form, reCAPTCHA sends Google technical information about your device and your browsing, such as your IP address. Its use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
For what is stored on your device, see the cookie policy.
Analytics and advertising
The tools below load only if you allow them in the cookie notice, separately for analytics and for marketing. None of them loads without your consent.
- Google Analytics (analytics): measures which pages are read, on which device and where you came from, so that we can improve the site.
- Meta Pixel (marketing): measures whether a visit from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram led to a brief being sent, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site.
- TikTok Pixel (marketing): the same, for our ads on TikTok.
- Google Ads (marketing): measures whether a visit from one of our ads on Google led to a brief being sent.
- Klaviyo (marketing): recognises you when you come to the site from one of our emails, and links the pages you view to your profile with us.
These tools receive your IP address, information about your device and the pages you visit. If you have allowed marketing and you send a brief, we also tell Meta and TikTok, both from your browser and from our server, that a brief was sent, together with your email address and phone number in hashed form (an irreversible encoding), so that they can match the submission to the ad you saw. We do not send what you write in the brief about your project. These providers may process the data outside the European Union, in accordance with their own privacy policies (Google, Meta, TikTok).
The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time from the , in which case we also delete the related cookies from your device.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal for you and, if we go ahead, manage our collaboration. The processing is based on your consent, which you give before sending.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes (for the ad measurement tools, see above). It is processed only by the providers we need for the page to work and for your brief to reach our team. The brief reaches us by email: it is sent through the Resend service and we receive it in a Gmail (Google) account. We send a confirmation with a copy of your answers to the email address you provide.
The details of your brief are also recorded in the Klaviyo service, which we use to track the stage each request is at. This record does not sign you up to a newsletter.
If you enter a promotional or referral code in the brief, we store the code together with your name, email address and the type of project, so that we know which partner referred you. The partner who owns the code can see that it was used, the date, the type of project, whether the project was completed and your email address in masked form (for example g***@gmail.com). They cannot see your name, phone number or the content of your brief. This data and the partners' accounts are stored in the Supabase service.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by sending a message to the email address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
